Silicone heating mats are characterized by high flexibility, a wide range of available tensions, and any shape.
Silicone mats are equipped with an adhesive layer based on 3M tapes, which facilitates their assembly to the heated object. Silicone rubber is reinforced with glass fiber, which results in a stable size of the heating mat despite temperature changes outside. We make mats for specific customer needs: shape, power, tension or thickness of the mat is designed individually for the specific requirements of the recipient.
Applications:
Heating mats are used wherever we can ensure relatively good adhesion of the heated object’s surface to the heating mat. It is required to provide the smoothest possible surface to ensure maximum heat transfer through the silicone heating mat to the heated object.
